Reed Diffuser Information
Reed Diffusers are a safer option then burning a candle and are ideal for people with children or pets. You don't have the naked flame going however you still get the fragrance.
Diffusers are like a bouquet of flowers, they won't fill a room but you will smell them in a smaller space and are ideal for bedside tables, home, office entries or bathroom/toilet.
How long will my diffuser last ?
You should get several months out of your diffuser, however there are some factors which may contribute to how long your diffuser may last, including air conditioning, humidity, heating, draughts, direct sunlight, open and closed doors, and also the length of your reeds.
How often should i flip my reeds ?
The reed sticks can be flipped when you want an extra burst of fragrance or when you notice there is no scent. Some people choose to flip them daily while others choose weekly. Be careful not to drip any as it can react with some surfaces. Be sure to clean any spillage immediately.
Safety recommendations for diffusers
Do not ingest oils. Use caution when filling your bottles with oil or flipping your reeds as oils can damage some surfaces. Do not light reeds.Be careful not to tip over the diffuser. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If ingested seek medical advice immediately.
Are reed diffusers environmentally friendly ?
All reed diffusers are environmentally friendly, long lasting and slow releasing. They are a safe way to scent a room with no open flame or hot wax. They can be classed as vegan friendly as they are made of synthetic ingredients and are not tested on animals. Our diffuser base does not contain phthalates or parabens.
Can i re-use my reed diffuser reeds ?
We do not recommend the re-use of reed diffuser sticks, especially when you switch fragrance or if the diffuser sticks become clogged with dust. If you have no scent after turning your sticks, they may be clogged and may need replacing to have on going scent release. Please view our range under refills to buy our refill kits
