Damages or faulty items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We understand the importance of receiving high-quality products that meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a replacement or refund for any faulty items or damaged goods you receive from us. However, please note that any claims relating to faulty items must be made within 7 days of the goods' delivery.

Please keep in mind that a dislike of a fragrance does not qualify as a faulty item and therefore, cannot be considered for replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Change of Mind  

We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind. This policy includes situations such as selecting the incorrect item during the purchasing process, no longer needing the product, or if the same item was received as a gift from someone else.

Late deliveries or missing goods refunds or exchanges (if applicable)

As a small business we strive to give the best service possible and dispatch orders within 48 hours, however some delays are out of our control. If you have not received your order in a reasonable time frame, please contact us at purescentscandles@hotmail.com with your name and order number and we will endeavour to rectify your situation as soon as possible. If your order can’t be found or located, then an exchange or refund will be offered. Please allow up to 14 days for this process to be concluded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
